There will be an element of money mindset also covered, to help you understand your Beliefs and Habits around money. 

Then we will launch into how to simplify managing your money, so you can:

• Set up an initial budget, but then manage your money in an easier way that suits how you prefer to manage money
• See the trends in your business and make better decisions around when to offer what products and services
• Save and invest more money that you make, and enjoy life more - go on holidays!

Alpha will provide the approach and strategies to show you how you can budget and forecast in your business, and connect this to your personal budget - this will allow you to manage your finances where you don't have an accounting system or additional support.

Tea, coffee and morning tea are also provided.
