Are you feeling overwhelmed by all the "money stuff" that you need to know and deal with, while also trying to figure out what you want from your life let alone your money? Let's take a step back and look at what your Beliefs are about life and money. Understanding that you have the power to control your thoughts, is an important realisation that will propel you forwards.
Becoming aware of your beliefs around money is life changing, and honestly the first step to making lasting change when it comes to your relationship with money.
Whether you want to start a side hustle, grow your business, change jobs or careers, or get back into the workforce, you will most certainly have money "stuff" come up. The little voice in our head is trying to keep us safe, yet what it ends up doing is preventing us from doing the things we need to do so we can live the life we dream of!
This is a topic I'm so passionate about, as beliefs are thoughts, and we can control and change our thoughts if we really want you. The capacity you have to do the things you really want is there. YOU just have to believe it.
While it is difficult to make these changes in a simple cheat sheet like this one, what I want to do is to plant some seeds and ask some questions that will get you thinking about WHY you believe the things you believe and if you even really believe them! Most often we repeat things we've heard since childhood and have taken them on to be true, when in fact they aren't.
It's time to challenge your thinking around money and recognise that you CAN do more than you realise.
This cheat-sheet is designed for BUSY MUMS who are low on time and are feeling overwhelmed, constantly being interrupted and have little space to themselves.
You will quickly identify the key Limiting Beliefs that are holding you back, and how to release and replace them!
As a mum myself, I'm fully aware of the mum-life juggle, and having my daughter is what really propelled me further on the money and self-discovery path. It has been a long road and I really don't want other women to take this long. I'm also aware that talking and learning about money has a lot to do with the inner work that we need to do, to make sure that the outer, money work actually "sticks".
A little bit about my story - I started out as a tax accountant and moved into management consulting and then studied financial planning. It was then that I realised how much we aren't taught about personal finance, and as I started helping friends and family to start with I also realised the personal "stuff" that needs to be worked on! So my approach is very wholistic - helping you identify your Core Values and Lifestyle Vision, then working on your limiting beliefs and money stories, as well as your habits and goals. I use a profiling tool to help you understand how you think, particularly when you're stressed. Then comes the money work - by then you are set up, clear and ready to take action!
