5 Elements of a Money Strategy

Mar 13, 2024

Manifestation and Money Strategy might seem like a odd combination, but in order to make anything real (which is what manifestation essentially is), you first need to be super clear.

Strategy gives you direction and is a way to condense your "wish list" into a structure that you can make plans and then tasks lists on.

Alignment between your strategy, plans and tasks are important.  Think about making a meal, or organising and holiday, or renovating a house.  Without first knowing what you want to do (or where you want to go, or what you want to eat), it makes everything else completely random and even more difficult.

Here are the 5 elements to help you build your own Money Strategy:

1. What do you want?

This is the fundamental step - clarity.  This may be something you are struggling with, because we aren't ever taught to figure this out.  It's something I have struggled with over the years.  For me, figuring this out has been more trial and error than anything.  That is a long way to get an answer though.

Think back over your life, and when have you been the happiest and most fulfilled?  What were you doing?  How were you doing it?

The best way to start this process is to journal and brainstorm.

2. Why do you want it?

Just as important as Element 1, you need to make sure that what you want is really what YOU want.  Not something you think you should want, or something that is expected of you (by family, friends or society).

Life is too short to live someone else's expectations of your life.

Again, write down your WHY, because when the going gets tough (and it will), this will keep you going.

3. How will you do it?

This is more to give you momentum, rather than have all the answers.

Figure out the next ONE step that you can take to help you answer the "how" question.

There is nothing more limiting to experiencing success than stagnation and inertia.  Doing something (in the direction you want to go) is better than sitting around and waiting for something to happen -  unless you have laid some pretty solid groundwork beforehand.

Manifesting abundance is not about waiting for someone else to do something.  It's about getting clear on what you want, and then taking the steps to that are aligned with making sure you're ready to accept it when it comes to you.

4. Money Audit

It's important to know where your money is going - both your income and your expenses.  The amount of times women have come to me to help them fix their business and personal finances and they have no idea why they have no money (even though they are turning a profit and paying tax)!

This is something you have to be aware of.  It's difficult to manifest abundance when you are telling the Universe (and yourself) that you can't manage what you already have.

5. Visualisation

Be clear.  Be specific.  Say it out aloud.  Say it to others - you never know who can help you to achieve it.

This is something I really want to emphasise, and it's the final element, because hopefully by this point you have enough clarity to be clear and specific so you can say it out aloud and to others.

I have personally experienced the power of visualisation.  Write it down and put a visual up on your wall too!

Now is the time to get clear and be strategic about your money and finances!
