Wholistic Healing: How Emotions, Energy, and Skin Are All Connected with Jayde Celieste

Nov 20, 2025

When we think about healing, many of us instinctively look to fix what’s visible — a breakout, fatigue, or even a financial problem. But as holistic practitioner Jayde Celieste shares in this episode of Money with Alpha, true healing starts deeper — in the spaces between mind, body, and spirit.

Jayde has spent over 12 years running businesses and raising five children while diving deep into the study of neurolinguistic programming, hypnosis, and emotional anatomy. Her work now helps women reconnect to themselves through the skin, soma (body), and subconscious — a three-part framework that acknowledges how emotions physically shape us.

“Our emotions show up in our physical form,” Jayde explains. “They live in our cells. When we don’t process them, they can manifest as stress, skin issues, or energy imbalances.”

The Skin as a Reflection of Our Inner World

As the body’s largest organ, our skin is often the first to reveal what’s happening internally. Stress, hormones, diet, and environment all play a role, but Jayde’s approach goes beyond products and routines.

“When I treat someone’s skin, I’m not just looking at what cream they use,” she says. “I’m asking — how’s their digestion? How’s their nervous system? Who’s in their environment, and what energy are they absorbing?”

By helping clients regulate their nervous system through touch, breathwork, and relaxation, Jayde restores not just the glow on their face, but balance throughout their entire being.

The Power of Somatics and Emotional Anatomy

The term somatic refers to the body’s intelligence — the sensations and signals it sends long before the mind catches up. Through somatic awareness, Jayde teaches women to recognize when they’re living in fight-or-flight mode, and how simple grounding techniques (like posture correction, mindful breathing, or facial relaxation) can shift energy instantly.

She also practices emotional anatomy, reading the subtle cues in the body — posture, skin texture, facial expressions — that reveal hidden emotions and beliefs. “It’s not about finding flaws,” Jayde emphasizes. “It’s about helping women see their strengths and understand what their body is communicating.”

Money, Emotions, and the Body

One of the most fascinating parts of the conversation was Jayde’s link between money and emotional energy. Our financial patterns, she explains, are stored in the subconscious and reflected through the body.

“Each of us has a ceiling on what we believe we can hold — emotionally, energetically, and financially,” Jayde says. “If you’ve ever seen someone sabotage their savings or struggle to keep money, it’s not because they’re careless. It’s because their body doesn’t feel safe holding more.”

Through body awareness and subconscious work, Jayde helps clients uncover and release these limits — many of which are inherited through generations of women who were taught to survive, not thrive.

A Reminder for Every Woman

Jayde’s work reminds us that healing is layered, and every physical or financial challenge has emotional roots waiting to be acknowledged. Whether it’s your skin, your nervous system, or your bank account — the first step is awareness.

“Sometimes what you think is the problem,” she says, “isn’t the problem at all.”
